We were looking for a project management software to help us to scale our business. We have grown to three landscaping teams with a fourth one on the way; each project is a minimum of five weeks, and our longest running ones tend to span 18 months, so these are pretty large, complex projects.
We currently create a project timeline manually for each project, which is a very laborious endeavour in itself; having to enter data manually whilst relying on colleagues to enter in their data to complete the overall picture. Given the speed at which we have scaled so far, it’s become obvious that we need a one-stop shop to automatically record, track and forecast to keep our teams in sync.
The ease of use, how well it captures all information we need for a project, and the sheer range of functions.
