What was your reason for seeking out project management software?

I needed a tool for managing my work orders, project updates, employees, tasks, client invoicing and projects from one platform. I recalled that I previously used an effective project management platform when I worked in Sweden, called Next Project. Project allowed me to take charge of each project from start to finish, from tender management to revenue reporting. When I discovered that Next Project was available in the UK, I signed up in a heart beat.

Which feature of Next Project do you feel has been the most helpful in your day-to-day?

I’ve found that the ability to log and track project deviations to be the most useful. If additional work is required to enact a work-around, for example, Project can produce a report to prove that extra resources had to be allocated, leaving no room for disputes when it’s time to invoice the client.

How did you find the on-boarding process?

I found the on-boarding to be smooth and easy. Saying that, I have used the product before, so maybe it’s easier the second time around!
