Worked hours can be logged by the workers in the field, while projects managers can view hours, cost and activities for invoicing purposes:
Workers can log in to Project from any device, from any location, and log their time worked and activities. Documents and photographic evidence can also be uploaded and attached to the journal. They can also log sick days and holidays so that the project manager can gauge what’s achievable given available manpower.
The project manager will be able to see the booked hours from all workers assigned to the project, along with associated expenditure of funds & building material. This data can be fed into your payroll system, your final invoice, and the revenue forecasting function within Project.
