The best document management for construction projects on the market

Every company faces the challenge of creating, sharing, storing and distributing structured content efficiently and securely. Try Next DOX for free and discover how it improves construction documentation management and helps you get the job done.

What can our document management system do for you?

Flexible folder structure

With Next DOX document management for construction projects, you create order and order in your construction documentation for each project. You can easily adapt the folder structure to your needs and your way of working so that you always have full control over what is there and where.

Create new folders, change the name and color, delete folders and customise them so that the folder structure meets your requirements and makes your work easier.

Automatic versioning

Minimise the risk of costly construction errors by always downloading the latest version of drawings and other construction documentation. Drawings are layered on top of each other and the latest version is always displayed directly in the file list.

If you want to view an older version, you can simply click on the icon to open the version history.

2D/3D-Viewer

Save time and money by minimizing the need for expensive, separate services. With Next DOX electronic document management, you can easily open both 2D drawings and 3D models directly from the project.

With Next DOX Viewer, you can see a “digital twin” of the building in 3D. This provides maximum clarity even before the first sod is broken. There, various matters can also be marked up and shown with precision where they should be carried out and by whom and when. This reduces room for doubts and construction errors that must be corrected afterwards.

QR code on drawings

Ensure the correct drawing version and minimize the risk of costly construction errors. By automatically stamping QR codes on PDF files, version control is easily possible in the field.

Scan the QR code with a mobile phone to see if it is the latest uploaded version or if there is a later one.

Merge PDF

Need to quickly print multiple drawings or other construction documentation for a meeting? You can easily merge multiple PDF files directly from your project and print them once.

Uncheck pages or files that are not needed, rearrange them with drag-and-drop, or add a cover page with a table of contents. Then create a new merged PDF file that you can download or save directly to your project.

It works! The folder structure can be easily adapted to your needs. We have a couple of different standard structures that we can add if you wish or if you have your own, we can of course also add it. The folder structure can be easily adapted by creating new folders, changing names and colors, deleting folders, etc. so that it meets your needs.

The feature is set up on a folder by clicking the QR icon next to the folder name or via Edit Folder. You can then select one of the corners of the drawing where the QR codes should be stamped. A QR code is then automatically stamped on all PDF files when they are downloaded or when you order a printout of the drawings.

The QR code can then be scanned in the field with a mobile phone to see if it is the latest uploaded version or if there is a later one.
