The general changes to each are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-m6rid9fg-b0ba245cccc9a927da87d0fb2ecd3e07 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock no-bullets-list'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Business Buildings<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A 27% reduction in emissions from new offices and retailer structures, in line with 2050 net-zero objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Updates to the ventilation system guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">New Residential Buildings<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A 30% reduction in emissions from newly built residential properties, in line with 2050 net-zero objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Compliant methods for measuring potential overheating of a property have been limited to Dynamic Thermal Analysis and A simplified method<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Adoption of the Fabric Energy Efficiency Standard, a proposed upper limit on the energy required for space heating and cooling. The banning of combustible materials used in and on the exterior walls of buildings has been extended to hotels, hostels, and boarding homes. In addition, the use of MCM PE, or Metal Composite Material panels with an unaltered polyethylene core has been banned on any new buildings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Part F: Ventilation<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> specifies that air flow systems must circulate throughout the entire building in the case of domestic structures, utilizing extract ventilation in areas of increased humidity and\/or pollution.
