If you use NEXT Portal, you can provide external participants (customers, suppliers, consultants or partners) with login details for NEXT, providing them with access to selected information. This could be project data, current work orders, documents, project diary, personnel ledger or AAW records. Of course, for each project, you can control in detail what information you want the external partner to be able to access, as well as which permissions they will have.
Since information is always retrieved from a single source, i.e. NEXT, you can also ensure that everyone has access to the most recent version of the information.
In the NEXT interface, you also have the option to provide access to external participants and use the built-in access controls.
